Notes from Kaifu Lee's talk

今日去左聽kaifu lee 既講座, 獲益良多, 聽佢個人事業上既經歷, 覺得有好多經驗都可以套用o係自己既身上, 以下既重點要好好記住:

- 對於面對既問題, 可以分為3 circle, 最外圈係自己"無能為力" 既事, 可以不理, 即使係自己好唔想見到既事, 既然自己改變唔到, 就唔好理佢; 中間個圈係自己能"間接影響"既事, 最入係自己能"直接影響"既事; 我地面對問題, 應該從最入圈入手, 所謂盡力, 其實係盡能力去影響件事去到自己心目中想達成既效果/目的, 所以最外圈就唔好花時間去諗/搞, 要花時間就花係點做最內圈既問題上, 或諗點樣利用"間接影響"圈入面既事去擴大"直接影響" 既圈. 成個理念好make sense, 佢果然係一個tech 人, 好符合邏輯既做事方式, 我其實一直都會咁諗野, 但係佢講一講好似成個flow 好清楚, 通晒咁!!

- 做一o的關鍵決定時, 可以做 "pros and cons analysis" , 表列好與壞 (*我想試下做呢個.. 不過我好似已經做左決定喇bor....), 睇睇o的好處係咪自己想要既, o的唔好野係唔係自己能夠接受~

- 如果你覺得件事 40% ~ 70% 會成功, 咁就去馬啦!! 可能會失敗, 但係等既代價仲大!! (呢點對我好大impact)

- 諗下個決定會帶黎既最差情況係點, 問自己係咪受得到~ (*成日都問...但係日日既答案都唔同)


聽完個talk, 心情有o的激動~
雖佢對我既反應有o的令我不滿, 但係我都明白o係佢眼中, 我呢o的咁既小角色都係發下夢架je, 所以我唔會唔開心, 不過我會好好記住呢句話:

I 'd like to reply him, "Lookout, I'll be the 1st one",

although actually i didn't do that at that moment, lol :P
